Empyrical's Outlier Cider is single-varietal, single-tree cider made from crabapples growing on an old prairie orchard in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains. This lone tree is roughly 30 feet tall and sits on the edge of a property in Central Washington surrounded by little else.
