This is a Northwest style sour ale, this is a blonde ale aged in oak barrels for 14 months give or take, then aging it again aging on fresh raspberries and apricot noyaux for an additional 7 months.

Aromas of sweet raspberry fruit, rose petals, almond and hints of vanillin are noticed up front. Tart raspberries, oak and a soft almond note dance on the palate, leading to a finish of rich, tart raspberries with lingering hints of almond and maraschino cherries.
